• Supervise the cashier team and ensure effective cash operations 

• Train and support new team members 

• Prepare end-of-shift and end-of-day reports 

• Count and balance the till and make bank deposits 

• Provide attentive and courteous customer service 

• Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve complaints as needed 

• Collaborate with other departments as required
